What you’ll learn
How to use and interpret six foundational functional lab tests, covering hormones and the stress response, gut health, GI pathogens and the GI-MAP, food sensitivities and Metabolic Typing®. It all comes together in the D.R.E.S.S. for Health Success® protocol: Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress reduction and Supplementation.
Learn how to work with real clients
FDN goes beyond theory. You’ll learn client intake, choosing the right tests, interpreting results, building personalised programs, and using follow-up testing to track progress and adjust along the way.
What to expect
You’ll complete five functional lab test kits on yourself, from sample collection to interpreting your own results. The course also includes online modules, downloadable videos, audio and PDF materials, case studies, support from FDN mentors, and written and oral final exams.
